Payments are taken by Polar, our merchant of record, on behalf of Rafiq LLC.
7 days on unused credits
If you ask within 7 days of a payment and have not used the credits from that payment, we refund it in full. If you used some, we refund the unused part.
Write to hello@pilotreels.com or use the customer portal from the Credits page.
Automatic credit refunds
A video that fails, or is blocked for safety, returns its credit to your balance automatically.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from the Credits page. Your plan runs to the end of the paid period and is not renewed. After 7 days, payments are not refunded.
