Terms of service

The service

⁨PilotReels⁩ writes, voices, illustrates and renders short videos from a series you set up, and can post them to accounts you connect, on a schedule you choose.

The first three videos of every series wait for your approval. Later scheduling depends on your settings and each platform’s requirements; you can turn it off at any time. Each TikTok post requires your preview, chosen privacy and posting options, and express consent before it is sent. Series approval or scheduling does not replace consent for an individual TikTok post. Posting is available only when the relevant integration and permissions are active.

Plans and credits

Plans are monthly. Each plan adds credits at the start of every period; unused credits do not carry over. A standard video uses 1 credit.

If a video fails or is blocked for safety, its credit returns automatically. Credits have no cash value. Refunds follow the refund policy.

Your content and your accounts

You decide what your series is about and you are the publisher of what is posted to your accounts. Follow each platform's rules. We apply AI-content disclosures where supported and required; you must also follow the platform’s disclosure rules.

You give us permission to process your briefs and settings to make your videos. The videos we make for you are yours to use, subject to the terms of the providers that power them.

If your series promotes a business, product or service to an audience in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, you are responsible for any advertising permit the law requires, and you must answer the permit question truthfully.

Showing your videos

If you allow it in Settings, we may show some of the videos we make for you on ⁨PilotReels⁩’s own website and channels and in our ads. We will not show your account name or brand unless you agree in writing. You can turn this off at any time; we remove what we posted within 7 days. If you delete your account with this switch on, we may keep using the finished videos, with no record that links them to you, as described in the privacy policy. What we do not promise

We do not promise views, followers, reach or income. AI output can contain mistakes; review your videos. Platforms can change their rules or refuse a post.

Acceptable use

You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may block content, pause autopilot or close accounts that break it.

Ending

You can cancel your plan at any time; it runs to the end of the paid period. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or break these terms.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
