AutoShorts.ai Alternative: PilotReels, Faceless.video and InVideo AI

Illustrated short video scene from a PilotReels series

The best AutoShorts.ai alternative depends on why you want to leave. If you need Arabic narration in a real dialect, right-to-left captions, or a schedule across several platforms, PilotReels is the closest fit. If you want another English faceless-channel tool, Faceless.video is the nearest match. If you want flexible one-off videos, InVideo AI is a different kind of tool.

We make PilotReels, so weigh our view with that in mind. AutoShorts.ai is a real product with a clear idea, and for some people it is the right choice. All competitor facts here come from vendor pages checked on 2026-10-27.

Where AutoShorts.ai is a good fit

AutoShorts.ai sells one clear thing: a faceless channel that posts on its own. The Starter plan at USD 19 posts three videos a week. The Daily plan at USD 39 posts once a day.

It suits you if you publish in English, want the lowest entry price, and are happy with one series. The page also lists Arabic, so it may work for Arabic too. We could not find any statement about dialects or Arabic captions, so test a sample before you pay.

Why people look for an alternative

Three limits show on the vendor's own page:

  • Each plan allows only one series.
  • The free plan is marked "temporarily paused".
  • It states no Arabic dialect and nothing about Arabic captions.

Use them as a list of things to check before you buy.

Option 1: PilotReels, for Arabic and several series

PilotReels works the same way at the top level. You set up a series once, and it writes, voices, illustrates and renders each short, then posts to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels on your schedule. Every series starts in manual mode: you approve each video and it posts at your next scheduled time. Turn on autopilot when you trust the series, and the schedule then posts finished videos on its own.

The main differences are Arabic and series count. You can choose Egyptian, Gulf or formal Arabic for the narration, and the captions are right to left. The Pro plan allows 3 series and Agency allows 50, which helps if you run several channels or work for clients. Each customer's videos are their own, so your channel does not share scripts with another customer's.

There is no free plan, so you pay before you can test. If you only need English at the lowest price, AutoShorts.ai costs less at the entry level. Look at the example videos to judge quality before paying.

Option 2: Faceless.video

Faceless.video is the closest English alternative. Plans are USD 20 (up to 15 videos), USD 35 (up to 30), USD 59 (up to 60) and USD 149 (up to 175). Each series posts to one account on TikTok, YouTube or Instagram, and you set how often, not the exact time. If you leave the drafts alone, it writes, edits and posts automatically. The site does not state Arabic support.

Option 3: InVideo AI

InVideo AI is not a channel tool. It turns a prompt into a video, and you handle publishing. Plans are USD 9, USD 30 and USD 80 per seat per month, with lower prices on annual billing. There is no free plan. Its pricing page does not mention auto-posting, series, or Arabic. It makes sense if you want to control each video by hand. Which one should you choose?

  • Stay with AutoShorts.ai if you post in English, want the lowest price and one series is enough.
  • Move to PilotReels if you need Arabic dialect narration, Arabic captions, several series or a clear schedule on all three platforms.
  • Try Faceless.video if you want an English alternative with a larger video count at the top plan.
  • Use InVideo AI if you want to build each video yourself.

How to move a channel to PilotReels

  1. Create an account at pilotreels.com and choose a plan.
  2. Describe your channel topic, or paste your own brief.
  3. Pick the narration language or dialect, a voice, an art style and caption look.
  4. Set the days and times to post and connect your accounts.
  5. Approve the first videos in manual mode. Each one posts at your next scheduled time. Turn on autopilot when you trust the series.
