Arabic AI Video Generator: Dialects, Captions and Posting

7 min read · October 2026 · Founder of PilotReels

Illustrated Arabic short video scene from a PilotReels series

An Arabic AI video generator needs narration in the dialect your audience speaks, captions that run right to left and render correctly, and a way to publish on a schedule. PilotReels is built for that: Egyptian, Gulf and formal Arabic narration, Arabic captions, and posting to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels.

This page is for marketers, agencies and creators who do not speak Arabic themselves but need Arabic short videos. We make PilotReels, so we also point out where other tools fit better. Competitor facts come from vendor pages checked on 2026-10-27.

What to look for in Arabic video tools

Dialect

Arabic has a formal written standard, called Modern Standard Arabic or MSA, and many spoken dialects. News and education usually use MSA. Social video usually sounds more natural in a dialect. Egyptian Arabic is understood across the region because of Egyptian films and TV. Gulf Arabic fits audiences in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and nearby countries. A tool that offers only one generic voice will sound off to many viewers.

Captions that run right to left

Arabic is written right to left, and letters change shape depending on position. Many video tools break this: letters appear separated or in the wrong order. If a vendor does not say its captions support Arabic script, test it before you buy. Tools built for English first are the ones most likely to get this wrong.

Publishing

If you want a new short every day, uploading by hand each time defeats the purpose. Check that the tool posts to the platforms you use.

PilotReels for Arabic

You set up a "series" once. You choose a topic or write your own brief, the narration language or dialect, the voice, the art style, the captions and the schedule. PilotReels then writes the script, voices it, illustrates it and renders a vertical 9:16 video. It posts on your schedule to YouTube Shorts, TikTok and Instagram Reels. Every series starts in manual mode: you approve each video and it posts at your next scheduled time. Turn on autopilot when you trust the series, and the schedule then posts finished videos on its own.

Narration comes in Egyptian Arabic, formal Arabic and Gulf Arabic, and also in English. Arabic captions are right to left and burned into the video. Each customer's videos are their own, so another customer will not publish the same video as you.

If you do not read Arabic, manual mode lets you hold each video until someone who does has listened to it. For an important client account, ask a native speaker to check the first few. Dialect and tone are the parts that matter most, and a quick native check catches things a tool cannot.

Plans: Starter is $19 a month for 15 videos and 1 series. Pro is $39 for 35 videos and 3 series. Agency is $109 for 100 videos and 50 series, which suits an agency with several client channels. There is no free plan. See the example videos to judge quality first.

Where other tools fit better

HeyGen, for avatars and dubbing

HeyGen lists 16 Arabic locales, including Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. It is an avatar and translation tool, not a series scheduler, and the free plan gives 3 watermarked videos a month. If you want a presenter on screen or want to dub an existing video into Arabic, it is a strong option.

Pictory, for explainers from articles

Pictory turns articles and scripts into stock-footage videos. Arabic voice is limited to premium voices in a Saudi accent, and the help article says premium-voice captions are only available in Latin script. That rules it out when you need Arabic text on screen.

AutoShorts.ai, Revid.ai and Faceless.video

These three run faceless channels and post for you. AutoShorts.ai lists Arabic among its languages in its FAQ. Revid.ai has an Arabic page, but it says nothing about dialects or captions. Faceless.video does not state Arabic support. All three are worth a test video if you want to compare.

A short checklist before you pay

  1. Ask for one sample video in the dialect you need.
  2. Play it with sound and have a native speaker listen.
  3. Look at the captions on a phone: are the letters joined, and does the line read right to left?
  4. Check that the topic and facts are right. AI can write a confident wrong sentence.
  5. Confirm which platforms the tool posts to and how the schedule works.

How to start with PilotReels

  1. Create an account at pilotreels.com.
  2. Choose a topic or paste a brief about your brand or page.
  3. Select Egyptian, Gulf or formal Arabic, then a voice and an art style.
  4. Set your days, times and platforms.
  5. Approve the first videos in manual mode. Each one posts at your next scheduled time, so you can publish a new Arabic short on a steady schedule and build an audience for your brand or page. Turn on autopilot when you trust the series.
